Theo Alexander Sundby is a Norwegian musical performer and dancer based in Oslo. He began dancing at the age of three and started teaching at only fourteen, developing a strong foundation in both performance and coaching. He has completed his hip-hop examination through ID Company in London, further strengthening his technical and artistic skills.

In 2025, Theo competed at the IDO European Championship in jazz and modern dance, achieving 6th place in Modern Formation, and later participated in the World Championship in jazz and modern together with X-Studios, earning strong international results. He is currently a dancer and instructor at X-Dancestudios in Oslo, where he inspires students through his energy and passion for dance.

Known for his intense, precise, and emotionally driven movement quality, Theo focuses on the concept of momentum — using one movement to fuel the next — creating a powerful and dynamic stage presence. This philosophy is also the foundation of his Momentum Tour workshops, where he teaches street dance, musical jazz, and contemporary, alongside offering private lessons tailored to each dancer’s growth and creativity.
