Theo Alexander Sundby is a Norwegian musical performer and dancer based in Oslo. He started dancing at the age of three and began teaching when he was only fourteen. He has completed his hip-hop examination through ID company in London, which strengthened his foundation in both performance and technique.

In June 2025 Theo competed at the IDO European Championship in jazz and modern dance, where he achieved a strong 6th place in Modern Formation. He is also a dancer and instructor at X-Dancestudios in Oslo, where he continues to inspire students with his passion and knowledge.

As an artist Theo is recognized for his strong and distinctive expression. His movement is marked by intensity, precision and a deep emotional presence, always pushing the boundaries of what dance can communicate. He is particularly fascinated by the concept of momentum using the force of one movement to create the next, resulting in explosive, dynamic expression on stage.

This idea is also the driving force behind his Momentum Tour, a workshop series where he travels across different cities teaching street dance, musical jazz and contemporary. Through these workshops Theo shares not only his technical expertise, but also his philosophy of harnessing movement energy to create something powerful and unique.

In addition to the tour he offers private lessons in almost every dance style, tailoring each session to the goals of the individual dancer. His teaching is characterized by energy, creativity and a genuine love for the art of dance.
